To do so, start the server, then issue the following commands:

/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root password ‘new-password’
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root -h hqw.net password ‘new-password’

Alternatively you can run:
/usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation

which will also give you the option of removing the test
databases and anonymous user created by default.? This is
strongly recommended for production servers.

–重置root密碼

–啟動(dòng)服務(wù)
[root@hqw mysql]# service mysql start

–copy主配置文件
[root@hqw ~]# cp /usr/share/mysql/my-huge.cnf? /etc/my.cnf

–往主配置文件添加?skip-name-resolve，skip-grant-tables為加快遠(yuǎn)程連接

–改動(dòng)mysql的配置文件，在my.cnf中的[mysqld]下面（位置不能錯(cuò)）加上lower_case_table_name=1這句（1表示不區(qū)分大小寫，0區(qū)分大小寫），保存重新啟動(dòng)mysql
